Meet with Katelyn yesterday. It went as well as I thought, lots of work to do. Buy,I guess Iam not alone. Ive  been working out every other at the P.F.C. and watching what I eat. So here we go.  Talk later.

Hi, Everyone I just got some help from granddaughter in setting this blog up. So now I can start.

After our weight in on Sat. I went to the Perry Fitness Center and joined .  Could not move that well the next day. But its starting to get better.

Iam watching what Iam eating , but its hard, as everyone knows, it will get better with time
